The Law says Congress and the President must have a budget

By law our Government must have a budget. It has been 4 years now without a budget in place. We as American Citizens have the right to demand our Government puts a budget in place. Send a letter to President Obama demanding a budget be set as required by law. His address is President Barack Obama, The White House, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20500. Spending is going to keep getting out of control unless we take back our rights and do something.
